Supervises: Parts Counter Staff Supervise parts operations to provide high level service for internal and external customers. Responsibilities include:
  • Boosting sales
  • Customer service

  • Good negotiating skills
  • Ensure efficiency and productivity of the department
  • Maintain records
  • Keep track of stock as it is delivered to and from the parts department
  • Core return management/reconcile
  • Inventory management
  • Manage expenses
  • Stock order troubleshooting
  • Manage front/back counter sales - Effectively engage department personnel
  • Invoicing management
  • Maintain profitability – Maximize order discounts
  • Process/approve purchase orders/debit credit memos
  • Reconcile Cummins/Navistar statements
  • Oversee order and receiving processes
  • Process payroll time sheets
  • Manage RepairLink customer and transactions
  • Plan promotions – assist with MyEdge flyer – video monitor
  • Identify and evaluate suppliers
  • Monitor staff training
